We have arranged a travel guarantee with Kammarkollegiet.

Kammarkollegiet is the Swedish authority that ensures that travelers are protected in the unlikely event that the travel agency should become insolvent. As our travel agency is based in Sweden, we are covered by Swedish law, but this applies internationally.


The fact that we have arranged a travel guarantee means that you can receive compensation if any part of your package holiday or linked travel arrangements is cancelled if we were to suffer insolvency.


The fact that we have arranged a travel guarantee means that you are entitled to compensation for the part of the package tour or linked travel arrangement for which we are responsible and which has not been completed.
